Terms and Conditions
- Only members of Total Body Referral program are eligible for $50 gift voucher/s.
- Referred new client must be new to the Total Body Clinic group and has not had a treatment before at any clinic in the Total Body Clinic group.
- Referred new client must present their $20 gift voucher at the time of first visit to Total Body.
- $50 thank you gift voucher must be used within the specified time - no extensions will apply.
- Gift Vouchers redeemable on total spend of $100 or more per visit.

Total Body Referral Program Monthly Draw Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Members of the Total Body Referral Program may partake in the draw to win the monthly price offered at the Total Body Clinic they visit.
2. Information on how to enter and win a monthly prize (i.e. Medifacial) form part of these conditions. Clients will be eligible to take part in a monthly promotional prize draw by presenting the Total Body key tag to Total Body staff at the time of their appointment at any Total Body Clinics. Clients will receive the key ring as part of the Total Body Client Referral program - membership to the referral program is free.
3. One monthly promotional draw per clinic - monthly prizes are valued up to $150.
4. The monthly promotion starts on the first business day of the calendar month and ends at End of Business of the last day of the same calendar month.
5. One entry per person per day. Clients must have a treatment at the time of the visit and need to show their Total Body key tag to receive an entry form.
6. Multiple entries per clinic are possible as long as a treatment was performed for each entry.
7. Clients can only enter the promotional draw at the clinic visited on the day - Entry forms cannot be transferred between the Total Body clinics.
8. Minimum age 18 years.
9. Employees of the promoter are ineligible to enter.
10. Entry to the monthly promotional draw is the clients' choice and obligation - Total Body staff will not take responsibility to actively remind clients of the monthly promotion other than the clinics' display. It is in the clients' interest to autonomously present the Total Body key tag and request an entry form for the monthly promotional draw.
11. Clients will not be able to enter the monthly draw post visit to Total Body clinics or over the phone. Entry forms need to be filled out and handed back to Total Body staff at the time of the clinic visit and treatment.
12. Only clients enrolled in the Total Body Referral Program are eligible to enter the monthly draw - key tags are not transferrable.
13. One draw per month in each clinic for the duration of 12 months - starting date: 1st April 2011 end date: 31st March 2012.
14. Entries of the previous month will not be transferred to the next month's draw.
15. The monthly prize will be drawn by the Clinic Manager at each Total Body Clinic (see point 16 of this document) on the 1st business day of the following month at 1pm.
The first prize draw is on Tue 3rd May 2011; last prize draw of this promotion on Sat 31st March, 2012 (end of Business).

17. Entry form must include the Clients name and current phone number.
18. Monthly prize will be set up as promotional appointment in the Total Body CRM system (Millennium) - the winner needs to book an appointment to redeem their prize by calling 1300 666 244, any prize voucher or products must be picked up by the client in person at the clinic and will not be posted.
19. All prizes need to be redeemed within 6 weeks after the draw - treatments need to be redeemed at the Total Body clinic the prize was won at. Prize vouchers or products have to be picked up at the clinic in which the promotional draw was held.
20. The Clinic Manager will notify the winner by phone and SMS on the day of the draw.
21. Each month the prize winners name will be displayed at the Total Body clinic reception desk (A4 stand up sign) after the draw. The winners' names will not be displayed on the Total Body website.
22. Any unclaimed prize will be re-drawn no sooner than four weeks after the initial draw at the same clinic location where the initial draw was held at 1pm. (i.e. any unclaimed prize at the Total Body Clinic Canberra will be redrawn four weeks at the Canberra Clinic at 1pm.) The new prize winner will be notified by phone and SMS.
23. Monthly prize is not redeemable for cash or exchangeable. Winner may nominate and transfer the prize to a family member or a friend but the prize cannot be transferred to another clinic.
24. Monthly prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or towards discounted package deals.
25. Any prize vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
26. Any extra services required will be charged accordingly.
